Survey
We have a passion for this work so we think nothing of scouring the market for the best deals, on or off-market. It helps that we're using a proprietary AI stack to augment our capabilities. We don't begin to analyse any assets until they've gone through a rigorous 7-step check.

Adjudicate
Getting the numbers right from the outset is important. Often times the asking price for an asset simply doesn't work. We have a strong stress-test regime we stick to. Once we've got the numbers right and the deal is done, we sharpen costs even further without loss of quality in product.

Execute
Our professional services teams are deeply experienced and have worked with us for many years. From contractors to planning consultants, quantity surveyors, project managers, and estate agents we have a best-in-class group that we draw on deal-by-deal to make our developments over-perform.

Types
Light Industrial
We have seen a rising number of opportunities with light industrial that no longer suits today's market needs. Usually close to existing residential, these are usually good candidates.
Office Stock
Offices that are no longer fit for purpose in the age of increased remote working are a prime candidate for conversion. Contact us if you have assets in distress.
Small Retail
This is an asset class that is often underutilized. We have a clear path for leveraging these wonderfully located assets.

Sophisicated Investors

Family Offices

Sometimes, we prefer a debt position if the risks are mitigated clearly. Our small pool of lenders generally get 10-12% return on their capital which is market-beating.
